Who we are:

Muniain´s wants to bring us, fillings, moments, images and textures to of the life of our country from yesterday to today.

Using material and own reasons for the Earth we looked for an artistic representation of our earth and its people; as well as the incorporation of the images that reflect the cultural legacy of the family from Navarre in the Basque country.

Their main reasons are those that represent the life of the Gaucho, the Indian, the horses, customs and sports, images of a (folk) that with its work has constructed our earth.

Integrating here images and cultures of other (folks) that have contributed to the idiosyncrasy of our nation.

Techniques:

The applied techniques are varied predominating the leather engraving, and the watercolor, with interventions that characterize to each work transmitting to him the personality of the artist and the essence of the represented image. The pirograbado one in leather is the expression of one of but ancestral resources of the man like the engraving by means of the fire on a material primigenio like the leather, the technique and the material are combined to give to form and identity to works of Olga Muniain Pirograbados.
